We have nine weekends scheduled during the prime Michigan winter season
and they offer a terrific opportunity for outdoor recreation,
fellowship, evangelistic outreach and spiritual growth. Our
winterized facilities, forested grounds and recreation options
provide an ideal winter retreat location.
And the price for the weekend is just $90 each person.
The program begins on Friday evening with winter outdoor activities,
then a Chapel session with the speaker. Saturday has a full schedule
of winter sports: tubing (featuring a rope-tow), cross-country skiing
(6 miles of trails), skating (one rink for hockey, one just for fun),
snowshoeing, snow football, broomball, ice fishing and a gameroom.
Saturday morning has a chapel session, and the day finishes with
Chapel followed by a group discussion time with your students. One
more Chapel session will be held Sunday morning.
Six of the weekends allow you to bring Junior High and Senior High students as one combined group. One weekend (January 28-30) houses Junior High students and Senior High students in separate facilities, and each age group has a separate speaker. Two weekends (February 18-20 and February 25-27) we will be using the housing in both of our facilities but meeting together for one combined Chapel. During those two weekends you may request to have your Junior High students and Senior High students housed separately. See our schedule page to see other events we are hosting this winter.
Junior High: 6th, 7th, 8th, or 9th grades
Senior High: 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grades
Combined: 6th through 12th grade
If your staff desire to bring their own children, they must be camper-age.
