From archery to mountain biking and swimming, to soccer and crazy games, the north woods is a great place for adventure, making new friends, and growing in the Lord. Need a family getaway or maybe something to bring you together? Our family camps may be just what you need to spend some time with each other. Hearing from God's Word in Chapels followed by time together fishing, hiking or playing games could be a perfect way to start the busy summer.

For our Grandparents Family Camp, bring a grandparent, a grandchild and any family member in between, and have a great weekend at camp together. Chapels, activities and time together could lead to this becoming a family tradition.

Summer Tech & Engineer Program

Come spend a week or more working as part of our High School Staff. Join a group ready and eager to serve this summer as well as grow in their relationship with God while having lots of fun.

Young Adult Program Staff

Graduated from high school? Think your summers at Barakel are over? This program is designed just for you. Come and experience a summer or a few weeks on our staff serving the Lord, working hard and still getting to be a part of ambushes!

HIS-Ability

Aug 16-20, 2011

For over 50 years Barakel has been "sharing God's unlimited ability for campers with physical and mental disabilities" during our five day HIS-ability camp for age 18-55. We desire to expose each camper to as normal a camping experience as possible within the limits of their individual capabilities. The program is a careful mix of outdoor activities, leisure times, group events and opportunities to learn more about God.
